Wave...goodbye!

Sometimes....I wish I could ....wave goodbye to my strange skin symptoms.  I called to make my appointment with the allergist today only to be told the receptionist had never heard of Mast Cell Disorder   She told me she would call me back, once she finds out which doctor I should see.

I never heard back from her today, so I hope I get a call tomorrow.  Having itchy skin....at times, is starting to bother me. 

My skin art...picture of the day is an impression left on my skin that looks like someone's waving!  So today I am waving goodbye to my itchy skin!  .....ta....ta....till tomorrow! Kathy Renee

Hooty....hoot, I love Owls!

I have been collecting them for about 5 years now.  I started my collection when I was up in Big Bear and found a couple of darling vintage owls at a 2nd hand store.  So....here is my version...ta ta, for now, Kathy Renee

This is the first photo I took after I realized I could write on my skin!  The marks normally last about 30-40 minutes, but can last up to a few hours.  The redness is a histamine response that happens to my skin when it is scratched or rubbed. ta...ta....for now!  Kathy Renee

Dermatographia....

Last week I was diagnosed with Dermatographia....skin writing.  So now I know, why my skin does some pretty strange things.  I decided to embrace this disorder and let my ....skin....do the talking for me. 

I'm going to try and post a new  skin...pic...a day.  So.....let's go!
